RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide an unboxing video showing the product being opened for the first time.

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
2. Refund Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will initiate the refund process.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
3. Product Availability
