SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to process all orders within 24–48 hours of placement. Once processed, we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
 

Estimated Delivery Timelines:

  • Within Chennai: 1–2 business days

  • Within Tamil Nadu (excluding Chennai): 2–3 business days

  • Rest of India: 2–3 business days
     

Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistical delays, or other external factors. In such cases, rest assured we are here to assist you and will provide tracking details to keep you updated on your order's progress.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Agam by Aval, we strive to provide quality products and excellent service. Please review our refund policy before making a purchase:
 

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only processed for damaged or defective items.

  • To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide an unboxing video showing the product being opened for the first time.

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
     

2. Refund Process

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will initiate the refund process.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
     

3. Product Availability

  • If the item is available, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund, based on your preference.

  • If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be processed.
     

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds will not be provided for:

    • Change of mind or personal dislike after purchase

    • Claims without valid proof (i.e., no unboxing video)

    • Products reported after 24 hours of delivery

    • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
       

5. Cancellation Refunds

  • Orders cancelled after placement but before dispatch are subject to a ₹150 cancellation fee.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless it meets the conditions above.
